What is a superbill?
A superbill is an itemized receipt for the therapy your child received. It lists the dates of service, the treatment codes, the diagnosis, and our provider information — everything your insurance company needs. You pay us directly, submit the superbill to your insurer, and they reimburse you according to your out-of-network benefits. We prepare it for you; there's no extra paperwork on your end beyond submitting it.
